Our Little Lion

Luke got to participate in the Halloween Parade at school on Thursday. He had so much fun as he dressed up as a lion. I don't know how his teachers did it, but they got him to wear his costume. Nate and I couldn't get him to wear it around the house. But he was delighted to wear it at school for the parade!!! I wasn't able to get very many good pictures where you can actually see him in his costume. Hopefully we can get a few more pics tonight! In these pictures he is sitting in the very back of the stroller closest to the camera.

The Class Pumpkin

You know how Luke loves pumpkins so much?? Well guess what? He was the winner of his class' pumpkin. It's the Monkey Class Pumpkin!! How appropriate for him to win. We are so thankful!

Luke still loves his daddy's baseball hats! Maybe he should have been a baseball player for Halloween!!

The Mixing Bowl

Luke has been imitating Nate and me quite a bit lately. His most recent new interest is mixing and cooking his food while I makes the real dinner. He really enjoys being a chef!

More Pumpkin Pics

Every time Luke sees his pumpkin from school he wants to run around the room with it. His music teacher said that she has been bringing different "nature items" for the students to explore. She said one of those items had been pumpkins. I think that's why he likes them so much!

The Pumpkin

Luke came home from "school" today with all sorts of adventures. He got to "jump" in a bounce house, paint a pumpkin, draw a pumpkin, and he came home with a pumpkin. Well, he did not want to let go of his pumpkin. He quickly became very attached to it; walking all around the house with it as if he had won a medal or something. He even started to fall asleep with it on the living room floor because he was so tired from all his activities from the day. I just had to post this picture because it was so cute!

Luke's Truck

Luke really enjoys riding on his truck. He is still figuring out how to make it go, but he likes being pushed around the living room!

Pillows

Luke loves to hide in the sofa pillows. He plays several games with daddy and they have a great time!

Like Father, Like Son....

Luke was 'helping' his daddy push the cart the other night. I just couldn't resist snapping this pic because they both had on white tennis shoes, blue and white striped shirts and khaki shorts! So cute!
