Luke enjoyed celebrating his 2nd birthday with his family over the July 4th Weekend. We hope everyone had a nice, relaxing time. We can't believe that our "baby" is now two. Thanks for all the fun times!

Grandma and Grandpa came to celebrate Luke's 2nd birthday. It was so much fun. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for making his "party" a memorable time.
The Cupcakes
Well, I don't know what inspired me to make chocolate cupcakes FROM SCRATCH for Luke's Birthday, but that's exactly what I did! It was fun, but an adventure at the same time. The temperature that day was well into the 90s and the homemade vanilla icing had a mind of its own! I have so much respect for anyone who bakes yummy goodies from scratch - it's such work! I will definitely be using "a box" next time.
Aunt Kristie and Uncle Jon
Luke got to spend time at his "Birthday Party" (family gathering) with his Aunt Kristie and Uncle Jon. It was a blast!
